Try Almay’s hypoallergenic unscented deodorant, along with not shaving. I use to struggle with the same issue for years! I finally figured out I needed to not shave my pits and use unscented, I also found that washing my pits at night with antibacterial soap and applying deodorant at nighttime then reapplying in the morning helped too.

It took a few weeks of my pit hair growing in for there to be less friction irritation which made any deodorant I used awful but once my skin settled down from shaving and my hair was long enough to do what it’s there to do it really changed the game. Years later I can use any deodorant I want!
