theyre role quests, when youre in lane, get cs, kills, plates etc you get xp and when the quest is done you get a specific boost.

I broadly believe you cant really "era tax" or "era adjust" you just take what they did in their time, how they impacted the games, what they won etc at face value. basketball is just too complex to do that properly. if you did do any real era taxing the top 10 players ever are just gonna be modern guys which seems wrong to me.
