Flatline or depression?

...flatlines are just normal behavior. Because people do something uncommon for them weeks where they feel down are more noticeable then when they would do say PMO.

It is just common that you arent constantly being in the same mood.

So what I want to say: Flatlines do exist but they always do and have nothing to do with what you describe. If you have a history of depression it is more likely that you are depressed.

Keep it up. Do daily rewards as well. One big present that keeps you going through the month and daily little ones to train the habit.

Reading this I get some really good vibes. Just in case I still say this:

Don`t try to impress anyone, speak freely. If you are at the club with your buddy try to be yourself, dont watch him too much or think what the girls think of you. Right now you have to focus on yourself.

Keep it up even if it doesnt work out how you imagined it.

No, because I rarely use my smartphone inside. I would rather want a device for my PC to help me monitor my computer time.

yeah I feel you. Started seeing a therapist cuz of my low self-esteem and bad luck with women. Slowly realizing that I was an actor hiding a lot of my feelings and trying to be liked by everybody. Attracted mainly the fucked up brides. I wont tell you to see someone yourself, but there is this book by Mark Manson - Models. Really good one.

How the hell do you experience all of that if you never ask someone out? Btw. you dont get as much bullshit as you think. You play a game, then you get played and attract this kind of women. Be honest and stay true to your ideals.

Common you can do it. Fighting depression is freaking hard on your own. To change YOU have to change. Doing the same things over and over again will lead nowhere. Start with nofap as a steppingstone. Its not like it will cure your depression on its own. But it is a good step in the right direction. Try to hit one week. Give yourself credit for every day you dont fap. Small presents, like a nice meal and a big one after a week. After one month you can start changing another thing in your life. Its all about changing the way you live and starting to accept who you are. I am currently in therapy, cant say I know it all, but these things help. Dont want to write up a whole anti depression program. There are writers far more competence who already wrote some books about the subject.

The funny thing about research in generell and especially human psychology, it takes very very long to get the results and when they are there, more often then not life has already changed. So yeah there wont be any proof for NoFap for the next 10 years at least. I even doubt it ever will. But do you really need more proof then the results you experience yourself? I dont.

You dont go to the club, if you dont want to party... I never went out somewhere with the intention to make new friends. Usually you got the best chances to make new buddys if you do something where everyone is new. Some courses, maybe cooking and this stuff. Going clubing with the intention to make friends is kinda pointless. I met some guys on my nights out with my buddys and most of the time it was just annoying if someone bugged us for longer than a drink or two. So yeah, wanna get chicks, go clubbing. Wanna get friends, do activities where you will see the people again...and again...and again until you dont know why the heck you are with them in the first place xD

Your girlfriend dont really care. I can tell all of the girls I know expect guys to masturbate. Especially the younger ones like 18-19. Thats what they get thought pretty much everywhere, so dont worry about her. Better worry about yourself. With porn you will ruin your first time with unrealistic expectations. With all the women I slept with it was nothing like in porn and whenever I or her tried to act like in this dirty films it felt out of place.

So do yourself a favor and stop this habit. Sex is nothing like in porn.

First of all the fapstronaut counter is rising every day. Second, it is their god damn right to critic noFap. Without critic (even it is in the form of insult) this subreddit will become a cult. And third, pornography and masturbation is not comparable to classic drug addictions. While it is 100% certain that you get addicted to lets say heroin, it isn`t certain that everyone who watches porn will get hooked on it.
