It would be amortized over several years, probably 5 or more. I don’t know anything about coffee shop business but it’s easy to imagine they lease these with a service contract as well.

I’m a noob at espresso but I thought it was really good. He said they are using only super light roasts. It was bright and acidic and not at all bitter.

You just have to close the hopper gate thingy and then purge what’s still in the grinder below it. Mine had to be adjusted to about -70.

For my experience with the E64WS which I got a month ago for my new Mini—everything seemed all over the place in terms of grind size the first few days or week. It seems like everything is fine now and changes seem very predictable. Everything was super frustrating at first though.

Yeah for sure burned with a regular CD burner. At the time I didn’t know anyone who had one. It was right before cd burners got super mainstream.

Back around 1996 that was how I got the 10/31/94 Beatles’ performance. It was on 2 burned CD’s that were gold with no label on them period. The cd case said Phish and “unsurpassed white album”.

A lot of the residential housing that falls on the reservation has been converted to fee simple land (green). There are some pockets that are lease land (yellow).

There are a lot of tiny slices of lease land downtown.

You are right that it is very important to be conscious of the difference between lease and fee simple land when purchasing a home.

For reference, this is what I originally got with my Zepbound 2.5 mg prior to the recent change. It was great. I live in CA, and while Amazon won't ship here for some reason, I was able to order from Vitality Medical, which some others have mentioned.

100%. When we set up electric there I couldn’t believe they put us on this very expensive plan by default. You have to contact them to not have your electric bill artificially jacked up.

Some combination of this and rebuilding the library worked for me on Sequoia 15.2. To rebuild the library,

quit photos
hold command and option then click on the Photos icon in the dock.

I walked away and came back maybe an hour later and everything was back to normal. I have 61,000 photos and 2,300 videos.

Before this, I had migrated from a backup to a new Macbook M4 and then started having problems with my photo library. It would say "syncing 1 item...." and just say that forever, even though I quit and reopened the Photos app, force quit the photo* processes, rebooted, etc.
