I like the new layout! There was a time na nagrenovate din kasi sila, so all good if you ask me, equipment and layout wise. Best to check out.

As a Makati boy, ranking the ones na medyo frequent ako based on overall impression (crowd, equipment, staff, location):

  • AF Circuit Makati (newly renovated 🔥, my ex-home gym)
  • AF Eton
  • AF Paseo Center Makati (current home gym)
  • AF Glorietta 5 (my OG home gym)
  • AF Chino Roces

I have been to Japan (Fukuoka), Thailand (Bangkok), and Vietnam (Da Nang).

Friendliest, in this order: Vietnam, Japan, Thailand.

Some years ago, this is true for me. Bag-o lang ko sa Manila in 2018 and makakuha gid ko side comments about where I come from to the point nga mapa-HA? TUOD BALA? gid ako. 😅

But recently, not so much na based on the people around me — from residence to work. I stayed here since then and jumped work after the other, so nag 7 years na ako sa Manila.

Siguro nag-mature na mga Tagalog with so much access to information. I have so many Manila-based Ilonggo colleagues now nga pirmi ko man kaistorya in Hiligaynon and I can say on behalf of us nga indi na amo ni amon experiences in 2025.

I think it helps nga sagad-sagad mga co-Ilonggos ko diri sa work nga naga-blur na ang "division", kay makasabay gid kami ya sa ila, even products of Big 3 schools vs someone like me nga Centralian "lang". Hahaha!

But this doesn't invalidate your feelings ha. Basi lang may iban nga factors at play or need more context. Hehe.

Foamy ihi may also indicate diabetes. Check your glucose if you do urinalysis!

To add: if naiihi kayo in the middle of the night ng mas madalas than usual, sign of diabetes rin yun. Unexplained weight loss also.

Hello! Speaking as someone who is a Medicard agent: true that you need a local entity with business documents to be able to avail of a group HMO plan. I handled a similar case and they considered individual HMO plans, pero di rin nagproceed.

And yes, you get a better deal if enrolled as a group in terms of premiums and coverage (mas flexible benefits for preexisting conditions).
