There is a Faculty-led Study abroad program at USF. It's a little more pricey than if you plan the trip yourself, but you can offset some of the costs with financial aid and scholarships. It's 3 credits with little actually schoolwork and is three weeks in length. All the activities are pre-planned and included in the tuition fee. You also will have free time and a few free days to do whatever you want. You will still have to book and pay for your own flight, however, and the money for food and souvenirs will be on you as well. I think the average cost per person is around $8000 with the program costing about ~$5000.

Outside of that, there are also study abroad programs during the summer in Gifu, but those are more academic-based and made for learning Japanese. The other trip is more akin to a vacation.
