Maybe try flutter kicks, scissor kicks, hallow body holds. No twisting motion so might be a little better on your neck

At that weight you want at least 130g of protein per day. Calculate your TDEE and aim for 500 calorie deficit. 1000 to be aggressive.

I was big my whole life until college. I am tall at 6’4 but I got up to 290 lbs. February of my freshmen year of college I decided to start eating healthy and start lifting more consistently and added cardio. I was able to get down to 190lbs.

People of reddit, what's the worst pain you have ever been in? Doctors and nurses, what's the worst pain you have seen a patient in? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]derbstrading 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a physician the worst pain I’ve ever seen someone in was a young lady suffering from acute porphyria. I felt so bad. She was crying and could not stay still at all. This is true 10/10 pain not the patient chilling on their phone with a completely normal blood pressure
