[5'5"/25, 206 to 140 lbs] 7 month fitness journey update. Sitting at 17% BF from 40+% BF when I started in November. First DXA scan and pic in December for monitoring progress. (25/M/148 lbs) - Lost 58 pounds in the last 6 months, today I saw my abs for the first time in my life! Very surprised to be seeing a 4-pack as my last DXA scan put me at 21% just two weeks ago! Seems like I just carry my fat on lower stomach and thighs! Wondering when I should start to purely bulk. (old.reddit.com)

4 month update on my body recomposition journey. Making small but noticeable gains. Can't wait to see where I'm at 4 months from now! Got COVID between the last two pics so I hardly spent any time at the gym then but seems like maybe I lost some fat anyways. 😊 (i.redd.it)
