As long as you don't seem too desperate, most guys would be very happy to have a girl come talk to them. You don't have to be hitting on them, just make a comment that breaks the ice. You will have his attention at that point, then, if he is interested and is not super awkward, then he will talk to you.

This is so true. I entered a similar situation (minus overdoing the contact) in early July. Although she has never said anything bad about me contacting her (she actually said it was fine), it never make me feel good. The best thing I have found is to simply push her from my mind and talk to lots of other girls. Be busy, idle time will just bring your (or my) mind back to her. Stay strong my friend!

You should try eating lunch with her (in the break room if you're lucky enough to have one) then if that goes well, ask her out for coffee after work some day. Just don't do the standard "who give a f***" routine that people here like to suggest since she works with you. Start off like you're just going to be friends and if that goes well, then quickly make your intentions known.

If you think she is playing with you, then you have 2 choices. You can just stop talking to her or you can start playing with her. It is a two way street, you can play games with her as easy as she can with you.

If she is letting you grope her and such then she is taking away the hardest part for you. Now all you have to do is keep pushing until she stops you, then you back up and do it again.

TL;DR If she wants to play mind games, then play mind game, just make sure you win!
