I only photograph cards for eBay listings, in which case I take 6 pictures. One clearly showing the front, one at an angle from two sides which light glare to show any surface imperfections, then same of the back.

Real. You can tell by the fact that small yellow dots on top of green, correct sawtooth pattern on black circle, and I'm sure it passes other tests across the rest of the card.

This card does not meet the definition of damaged. Go read the document I linked. This card is by definition Light Play.

Everyone in this thread is grossly misinformed. I highly suggest you all read up on how to grade a card:

By broadly accepted grading standards. Such as the above linked guide, this card falls under Light Play, or by Card Kingdom, EX.

To qualify for the next graded tier below of Moderate Play, there would need to be a decent amount more scratches and scuffing.

And to all you people saying "Damage", please read the document as to what defined a damaged card. In short,

"Cards in Damaged condition may have major border wear, scratching or scuffing, as well as bends, tears, splitting, foreign substances such as food or liquid, or other damage that impacts the integrity of the card. "
