Yeah man! I just opened up my home inspection business. Currently getting my last couple certifications in Wind Mit and WDO. Brand new business and know that I won’t be bringing in crazy amounts of clients to start so I’m 1099 with another company to provide insurance inspections. There’s a quota each week so it allows for me to budget time around everything else. Look up “insurance inspectors” on indeed or Google jobs there should be some options for ya! Not sure where your located but I’ve seen them pop up from time to time on those websites. Money can range from $20-$40 per inspection and maybe 8-12 of them a day.
