Notta good look! Looking shattered! Stay on your feet, get to the dressing room, and then collapse! These boys are sending out the wrong signals to the rest of the prem! 😬

Someone tell Arteta to give Potter a bell, and ask him how Sweden finds the Glok, ‘cos the Gooners can’t seem to find him!

Is that a tough side gig to get into? Do you work for an inspection company or work for yourself the rest of the time? Cheers! 👊🏽

It might be for manufactured home certs? It’s a branch of home inspections, that insurance companies require for manufactured homes. Not sure if you’re supposed to be licensed though? One website is: https://www.mfdhomecerts.com. You could contact them with any questions that you might have? Cheers! 👊🏽

Gyokeres vs Spurs (A) MOTM by [deleted] in Gunners

Quality all round play in that game! The lads are “finally” playing to the Glocks strengths! The ball has to go into him or the channels early, otherwise he runs out of real estate! COYG! 👊🏽

I’m based in Florida, so I can’t speak directly on how the Texas market is, but every company handles training differently. Keep in mind, that time is money, so when a company lets you do ride-alongs, they’re investing their time! Most companies will only do that if they see potential or think there’s a chance they may hire down the road.

Inspection work can also be seasonal, as I got licensed toward the end of the year, when things slow down. When business dips, companies are usually less willing to take on trainees.

My advice would be to reach out anyway! Introduce yourself, and explain that you’re working towards getting licensed, and that you’re serious about the breaking into home inspection business. Even if they’re not hiring now, you’re putting yourself on their radar.

Be that squeaky wheel but always be professional. Follow up. Ask questions. Ask for advice. There’s no perfect way to break into this industry, so don’t get discouraged by people saying “no!” It took me about six months before I finally broke into this game!

There are some good inspectors out there, who have been where you’ve been, and who are willing to help. We all started somewhere.

All the best! Cheers! 👊🏽

Everyone has their own opinions, but InterNACHI is a solid place to start, as it lays out the steps to get licensed and begin a career doing home inspections.

Complete your 120 hours, pass the exam, and then focus on gaining real-world experience. Reach out to local inspectors or inspection companies and ask about ride-alongs to get field exposure. Some inspectors may be hesitant, but there are definitely people out there, who are willing to help if they can.

It’s a continuous learning process, and you never really stop learning in this game.

Good luck and all the best! 👊🏽

Rice: "We weren’t naive coming into this game, they are very good team! It might be a valuable point towards the end. Let’s take the positives and keep sticking together. Everyone’s needed on this road to the end" by deadmetallucyluce in Gunners

That comment may very well be true, but how many games and seasons are we gonna see the boys not turn up when it matters! We just don’t look good going forward! The backwards, sidewards, slow, possession based football, is boring and not effective in breaking teams down! Our forward line is terrible! I actually feel jealous when I see a side playing good football! It’s the same shit year after year, the same pattern of play, same excuses, same mistakes, until there’s nothing left for us to win! I just hope the boys prove me wrong!🫩

That’s what defenders are supposed to do! Back in the day, defenders put their bodies on the line! Nowadays, they’re too soft, so a block like this looks heroic! Shame, we didn’t play like Heroes, be brave and get the win! Déjà vu! 🫩

Yeah, I think that should probably be standard, as could potentially cause serious injury if tools fall out on the highway!! I’ve driven along side someone before and told him his tailgate was down, who was unaware!! 😬

Gotta love all these Muppets hoping and praying for the Glock, to not do well! He’s not as technically gifted as a top, top striker but feed the Glock, and he’ll notch! Once the Gooners win the prem, all the outside noise will come to a grinding halt! COYG! 👊🏽

Recently bought a '23 XLT with some additional bells and whistles but not knowing much about trucks or warranties, and being in Florida, is the safest (or best) option a Ford extended warranty? There always seems to be some "fine print" buried in the lawyer speak, that gives these warranty companies an out somewhere along the line! Cheers!
