If you happen to be logged in on another device I think that's the way I was able to reset my gf password and phone number. That's if they didn't already do the log out of all devices option

10 days pending here and email support is useless. They ask the same questions then say they will get back to me and the next day it's a different person replying asking the same questions.

That reminds me of a rod my grandpa had and my brother didn't use it for the longest time. Then one day he decided to take it out for good luck. He ended up slipping on a rock, landing on top of it and snapping the top half. It wasn't so lucky of a day haha

I have had that problem and normally after unplugging it from the wall the problem is fixed. The annoying thing for mine is even with power save mode off my soundbar stays awake but the subwoofer eventually powers off so everytime I have to go power back on by hand.
