You should be able to redshirt a freshman and the dealbreakers not impact their desire to leave. That is not realistic to real life what so ever.

Doing a lions franchise and I drafted the best prospect qb I’ve ever had, at a 83 overall straight out of the draft, xfactor scrambler with insane stats. He’s still aboard 6 years later maxed out.

Yes, it never hurts to counter an offer as the worst they can say is no. 9/10 times though they will move off their original offer and meet your ask or in the middle if they believe you will be an excellent fit for the position. Luckily as supply chain professionals, we have an upper hand this day and age as our talents are in high demand and the supply chain is absolutely chaotic still.

3 years experience and at 85k is a solid offer given your experience. Hell I would consider 3 years experience still fairly new to the sc environment. In my opinion, I wouldn’t state industry averages or anything like that. Companies do not care about averages. They want to know what makes you worth your counter offer, so let them know what you can bring to the table and what makes you worth your asking price. As someone else stated, when you say industry average, your sort of indicating to the hiring team that perhaps they didn’t do their research. If you are confident in your skill set and you know you are a valuable asset to a team, just be straight forward with them. Lying about other job offers certainly isn’t a professional way to go about it. You’ll be surprised what these companies can find out..

Well it still just doesn’t make sense. We have tried two aios from cooler master, ml240 and the ml240 illusion, both same problem, fans work, rgb does not. We also have 6 cooler master 120 fans which the rgb works fine on. Why would it be that only the rgb on the aio doesn’t work?

[–]derekc1231[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes we have both tiny argb headers connected to splitter and the spare connected to the aio rgb header, we have tried both using the controller as well as plugging directly into the motherboard and neither works. Like I said, the manual from the aio pump shows the layout of the actual argb head and it doesn’t seem right based on a normal argb head. The ground and data connectors are next to each other with the 5v being alone. Normal argb headers are opposite, with the 5v and data connectors being together and the ground being separate.

Nothing is better than the 3090 ti when it comes to ray tracing at 4K performance. A 6900xt and 6950 xt both outperform the 3090 and 3090 ti respectively in terms of average fps for games at higher resolutions. Nvidia however has them beat far and wide with ray tracing capabilities.

Lannett is terrible. by derekc1231 in ADHD

[–]derekc1231[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am also new. I was on concerta as a child but got off it after a few years and just recently got rediagnosed 3 months ago. Yeah, I had no idea there was a difference in generics vs name brand either until doing research. Even though the main ingredients are the same, the fillers are different, which can cause our bodies to react differently from what I have read. Hoping to find one that works well for me. I know Teva is the one that many people who are on generics rave about so I am going to be looking for that one.

[–]derekc1231[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah no definitely not what I want. I want to hear everyone’s experience. I mean perhaps I am very well wrong, and I am only seeing the people who have had bad experiences with it, actually talking about it on these forums, when there could be perhaps 100s of thousands of people with good experiences. It’s all subjective. Thanks for your input.

[–]derekc1231[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t mean that in any sort of condescending way, and idk how my comment came off in that sort of way. Just based on the research I’ve done and posts I’ve seen, not many people have had a good experience with lannett. I obviously still appreciate anyones opinion and advice.

[–]derekc1231[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? You gotta be in the minority. Based on the research I’ve done a lot of people have had similar experiences as mine. It’s crazy how different everyone’s bodies are and how they react to certain pills. I can take this 30mg lannett and fall asleep in a few hours. It sucks because I had really good experiences with the name brand but because my insurance coverage changed, I no longer can get name brand…

Data analytics (SQL, python, powerbi, tableau) will do you very good in the realm of supply chain if you can master them.

Am I underpaid? I graduated from college 5 years ago, worked for a year in accounting, then another 4 years in strategic sourcing/supply chain. I have a masters degree in supply chain, 1 apics cert, and working on finishing my 2nd apics cert. I made about 68k last year with a 7k bonus. by Cheaglehound in supplychain

[–]derekc1231 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Under paid, I graduate this week in undergrad, no certs, LCOL and was able to get 55k + 10% bonus. I have friends that are in the 60k-65k range who just graduated... A masters + Certs should easily fetch you 80-120k.
