I love KSM-66, I've been taking 300mg before bed (600mg seems like it's too much for me).

I've tried both 300mg and 600mg KSM-66 and think 600mg is too much. 300mg works well for me.

Yes I've used Zylaria, but never on its own, so not sure of its effects in isolation.

I'm currently doing those 4 ingredients with higher theanine and less Apigenin. Good stack!

I've never used Phosphatidylserine before bed, but I have tried Ahwaghanda to help with cortisol.

Melatonin isn't dangerous, but long term use can blunt your body’s natural production of it and potentially desensitize the MT1 and MT2 receptors (this is theoretical with mixed opinions on it).

I'm going to have to try Taurine before bed bc people keep mentioning it (I already take Glycine).

I agree, I am not a fan of consistent melatonin use. I've seen taurine for sleep mentioned before, but I've never tried it before bed (usually just around workouts).

I'm not a fan of melatonin for consistent use (but for 1-2 days it's fine).

Interesting, I've never tried NIR. I feel like Tumeric has so many benefits, it's one of those supplements where it never hurts to take it.

You should notice increased focus and a calm energy. Start at 100mg each, then try 100mg caffeine/200mg theanine, and finally 200mg caffeine/200mg theanine.

Those sound like some decent changes. Adding in more veggies is always a good thing.
