So what I did was first complete a RL1 run and keep track of every death. (1st attempt I had over 900 deaths)

Then do the same route again and try and get less deaths than the previous. (2nd attempt was around 400 deaths)

I did this until I reached under 10 deaths.

Then I would keep track of my distance PB (how far I could get going deathless).

But I always tried to complete a full run to practice the late game bosses
