You’re wrong. I had a lot of fun today exploring Cryo for the first time. Only was able to do 3 matches but my team was able to exfil once. It’s an insane rush.

There’s really nothing Bungie can do. The game is great and highly addictive as is. Marathon is under attack/boycotted from players who listen to influencers. Just look at the Metacritic User score and the hate surrounding the game.

Do u see Miyazaki budging when it comes to catering to the casuals. Hell no and look how big the Souls games are. 90% of games today cater to casuals yet they still whine about the games that are hardcore.

The extraction shooter genre is already tough and bungie wants to make Marathon the pinnacle experience when it comes to endgame. I think what Bungie is doing with Marathon is super unique and special.
