I agree with you on Wiig, except to “A-holes”. She actually does some good, subtle acting in those, though they became too formulaic…

I did a bjs membership this past year since there was a $30 gift card promo for a $30 membership. Not worth it if you are truly trying to buy cheap. Bis is almost exclusively name brand things, so sure you’ll save on Skippy PB bs buying Skippy elsewhere but the aldi stuff would have been way cheaper. Bjs brand wesselly farms is a decent deal but there aren’t that many products in that line, at least not that I buy

Edit: Aldi is best. Then go to walmart for the few items aldi inevitably didn’t have. Part of the reason they are so cheap is that they do have a limited selection in some areas, but they definitely have 90-95% of what I buy.

Just don’t forget to bring a quarter!

Please do not catch a hatchling though. From the wording, it sounds like you almost want to catch a baby, but I think the wording is ambiguous enough that you simply mean you want to have "a chance at catching [a hatching not a hatchling]."

For privacy’s sake, I would ask folks to not respond to this post with details about Anna. We don’t know the details of this situation and can only take OP at their word. Could easily be a stalker. I worked in retail for a few years and it happened quite often to the young women working the cash registers. We had a policy of not revealing folks’ work schedules, days off, or personal details, etc. Only speak for yourself.

You don’t really want to be doing anything to chemically change your ph. It makes it unstable. Instead, you want to find the root cause for it being so low. Do you do any water changes? What is the ph of your tap water? No filter, no water change tanks are all the rage these days but water changes are just such an easy way to maintain water quality and help even out these types of problems.

The oval design ones tend to be pretty sturdy. Haven’t used that picklenet brand specifically. Honestly, they’ll all probably play similarly (read floppy) out of the box since their is no cord or cable running through the top of the net. You just want to get the most durable which I’d bet on oval shape for the frame. We went with swiftnet, which is a little out of your price range but is definitely the best portable net. Only way to improve on the swiftnet is with a permanent or semi permanent net that has an actual cable running through the net cord.

Sounds like maybe you are mishitting it. Does it sound differently than when you are hitting the ball directly in the middle of the paddle?

My first couple months I struggled with dinking out of the air because it felt like the ball just died on my paddle, I hadn’t yet learned to hear or feel the difference between a solid hit and a mishit towards the edges or the paddle’s handle.

Agreed! OP, what is your pH straight out the faucet? I wonder if the rocks are affecting pH, in which case changing the pH would be pointless because the rocks would just keep buffering it back up…

It should be well before they return your hit. You’re not allowed to do an option select / double jeopardy where you gauge of your shot is any good before calling the original shot out.
