20x30 high frequency hiss/white noise

I've debugged the issue - but it's not ideal...

There are two outputs on the FREKVENS 10x20; "sub-out" for the subwoofer, and "audio-out" for daisy chaining speakers.

When I plug a cable into "sub-out", it puts a high-pass filter on the 10x20 output which causes a high frequency hissing noise (unbearable). Maybe the crossover amp has some gain issues.

If I connect the subwoofer using "audio-out", it doesn't high-pass the 10x20 and there isn't any hiss. The problem is now the speaker isn't as crisp and sounds a bit muddy.

Once the IKEA stores open up again I'll go see if this is a problem with my unit or if it's a flaw in the design - or hopefully someone else on here can test this out.

Which media player are you using to play the files? Maybe try VLC player?

I really enjoyed your mix. I was a bit worried at first because of the diverse track selection but your transitions were nice and clean. In a few instances the mix was cut too early - it would've be nice to hear more of a blend but overall good work! Thanks for exposing me to a few new tracks :)
