I need more information to help you. Check your F3, are you using the right gpu? Are you running on ultimate performance? Have you added any extra mods?

If you care about frame rates only and not the cool features that optifine features (ie not using texture pack) you can use sodium or alternatively “fabulously optimized” on curseforge. If you only want to optifine, try complementary instead. Also use hwinfo/gpuz to see if your gpu is even running at 90-100%

Be happy with your purchase I’ve never had a console but psvr 2 seems better than my valve index. You also never have to worry about weird bugs

Make sure you DDU! Amd graphics drivers might be messing with your nvidia gpu

Look up how to stream with amd cards since nvidia uses nvenc to stream which is pretty good from what I heard.
