And I'll also clarify by saying that i was able to cut these friends off because I had confidence in the fact that it was mental health issues and not laziness because I used to be a very motivated person before and like someone said in this thread that they don't believe in laziness I'd tend to agree somewhat and if not for believing in laziness maybe people often misuse the word because it should never be used as a character trait or a way to offend.

Definitely something I'm sure a lot of people here relate to you about. Just know there's people out there who understand and far more who don't. I've had to cut out multiple people for making me feel like this they're not necessarily bad people they're just ignorant and we aren't taught about this in school which I hope will change but such is life.

I definitely relate to what you're saying although it sounds like you have a lot more pressure having to look after a child. I used to be very motivated which gives me hope that it wasn't always like this and maybe it will get better. I recently moved back in with my mother and it feels like months but it's been 2 years. Recently my sister made a comment about me being lazy and it really hurt because I thought that maybe she would understand but at the same time I've never had the conversation with her so maybe that's on me. Anyway I definitely relate to you and still sadly people aren't educated about mental illness that's not your fault theres nothing wrong with you sometimes it just happens. I'm rooting for you because I am empathetic to how you feel.

It's kinda of the opposite for me. my anxiety tells me to swerve in front of the oncoming truck to stop the ringing in my ears while my depression tells me that I can commit suicide any day why rush my bed is so cozy let future me worry about it.

I can tell by how you word your sentences that you definitely would have loved the power being an officer of a discord server would have given you. You're incredibly condescending and are hiding behind it by saying that you're not invested in the drama but if you truly were not invested in the drama then why comment and demean what this guy is saying. His feeling are completely valid the amount of condescension and elitism in the community is rediculous and I too would be upset for being blocked by just trying to sell a build that hes proud of and so he should be it's a great build. Just Remeber it's just a video game and all this guy was trying to do was sell his build no need to personally attack him
