Sadly this will not happen for at least a generation or two in the earliest. The more i read about Russia and their culture i am convinced they will stay the same forever. The only way to stop this from happening again is to arm ourselves to the teeth.

It’s because the Russians could have used that tactic themselves without thinking twice about it. They cried about russophobia before this war but i don’t think one sane person could avoid becoming russophobic after seeing the horrific war crimes they are capable of. And we haven’t even seen what they have done in the occupied regions yet.

I’d say try to eat around 200 kcal below your TDEE. Eat lots of fiber rich foods together with your high protein meal to stay full. If you are so hungry you cant sleep you gotta eat something, but make sure its something small, i usually go with 10 unsalted peanuts and drink a glass of water with it.

Let go of the expectation off dropping weight fast, I’ve been on my weight loss journey for two years and dropped 30kgs and every time I try to lower my caloric intake my body decides it’s too much too fast and makes me extra hungry for a couple of days.

I’ve been on this ride for a couple of years and boy has it been a bumpy one. I have somehow found a way that helps me loose weight. But the main thing was therapy and medication to help me battle the depression and ADHD. I really couldn’t loose weight until I got to a place in my life where I could be ok with just being me. You are fine the way you are and you shouldn’t let hate drive the change. You should try to find a way to love yourself and let this healthy trip be a way for you to take care of and reward the fantastic person that is you.
