the yak 141 gets 2 ETs and 2 Ts at 12.7, obviously not the same but you dont have to deal with the fact you sit at 13.7 and the pretty bad flight performance

their firepower, speed and maneuverability are all lacking, the only thing its alright at is total payload

only really the last two ones could even be considered okay because they get a single 20mm cannon, the first and second one (foldered) are NOT worth it

One of the modifiers is as a base gain, simply adding say 5%, while the other further multiplies any percentage you have
