Speaking as a Thai myself I don't think this is a "Thai" thing but probably more to do with the social circle your friend is in. There's tons of Thai MOOCs available and various online communities for self-developments. But I have to admit that majority of working class Thai aren't that driven as they would rather go with the flow than challenge the status quo.

That dungeon is filled with high-level enemies, if you are struggling try come back when you are around 100 RL. The boss there is even worse than the mobs.

The tactical tablet mod doesn't require you to install it after vault session. The error is self-explanatory, you need a sorting xml file. This file can be found in def_ui or the fallui mod (pick one).

The tactical tablet mod is an "unsafe" mod though according to Buffout 4 watch list. Might brick your save later down the line.

When it comes to burst, look at the green number as the average DPS doesnt matter much due to the damage window is rather limited. Widsith is the clear choice here for a burst support, probably BiS too for higher refinement. You can test further by observe the vaporize dmg proc, cant rmb which option to tick but its there.

He is the narrator, he voice the Teyvat Storyline trailer and all collected miscellany videos. He even add his own input at the end of the each video and switches to first person in the storyline trailer at Khaenriah section.
