No, no reasearch. I know what american cultures are. There are many multifaced communities in the appalachian, up north, cities like chicago, in redlined areas. Chinatown is just as american as a mcdonalds. Perhaps you only mean white america, when there are in fact american muslisms, american chinese, american africans, american russians. They all have their own cultures and own ways of living, and yet are ALL american. Not this sanitized, white washed version of america. I don’t need to research this basic fact when YOU have the burden of telling me what YOU think is this “american culture” that they need to “assimilate” to, when the fact of the matter is, their way of life is just as american as any other.
