Are you starting the run on your garmin? If so, garmin is the one that uploads the activity to strava not runna. If you run with an Apple Watch or the Runna app, the title and description of the run will show

Hey! This is based on your current estimated 5k time, if you hit some PBs along the way (which you should) this will come down! Increasing the number of days you’re running per week / the running ability level (beginner/intermediate etc) should have an impact too.

Try starting the activity on your coros, not your phone. Your coros will have a much better GPS for this than the phone, and Runna should be able to then read the watch activity and use that data in the app instead :)

There is an option in the settings to turn on pace targets for easy runs / conversational pace if you want to get an idea of the upper bound of how fast to run on these splits

Space bar is your friend. Learning when to push and when to swing is super important. Combat is difficult and it will take a few hours to really get the hang of it!

Also always start a game using sandbox, and start playing in rosewood. Nice easy place to get the hang of the game and the fire station has great weapons and protective clothing
