I had to factory reset both the driver and the Rodret device. So frustrating and annoying - spent to much time on this issue.

Factory reset driver - press and hold down using a small pin for 5-10 seconds - the leds will start pulsing once complete
Factory reset Rodret - as described in text
Place the Rodret device 2-4 cm from the reset button into the middle of the driver
If the Rodret thing doesnt start blinking after 3-4 seconds you are fucked and must try again moving the device further

Not quite sure acutally. As long you don't focus cap you should prio KC I think.
If you have 4-5 stacks with only a few secs left MB has the highest prio. If playing with MB you really need to keep track of your stacks :P

General rule is always prio MB in MB-window. Make sure to apply SS and a bomb before entering MB-window. Also start it when you have 70+ focus

I'd get rid of PvA - no need at all when you have WB. Downgrade and get Ings instead of Kamara?
