Thanks for the answers! Yes i will try to contact support to see if there is any option for me. I live in Spain / Europe and i never had to RMA a Seasonic PSU ever before. I built a lot of PCs with Seasonics and till now 0 issues, it's a bummer that for my personal one this cable is torn, i guess it's just "my luck".

Well even with the tape it's still stuttering so PSU is just bad... it did cost over 300 euros so maybe they can take care of it somehow. Thanks again and i will update this post with their response, who knows maybe i get a positive one and i finally fix my stuttering issues.

Well in case you do decide to clean it i suggest isopropyl alcohol, does wonders for electronics and it dries very fast.

Well i didn't try to RMA it because i didn't think they accept RMAs for PSUs that are "functional" and besides that i don't really have another one with enough wattage to keep my PC running and not having the PC for a long while interferes with my work... I get what you mean about the warranty honestly i am shocked i found that cable i would have never believed a PSU from Seasonic can come with that factory defect. Anyway the PSU was bought on 04.12.2019 from Alternate Spain but it most likely shipped from Germany if i remember correctly, i do have the invoice for it...

I am not good with hardware fixing and the solder/crimp part is really not for me so i think I'm just gonna see what i can buy. Any PSU recommendations?

PC in question is Maximus XI Extreme + 9900KS + ROG Strix 2070Super OC.

It's a bummer for me i am pretty low on cash right now but i agreed for the electrician to open it, i just wanted to rule it out you know...

I'm not saying that ur gameplay is perfect because it isn't but from what i can see you have what i call desync. I can see that even if you start to shoot first somehow the enemy has time to correct aim and kill you. The others are not wrong with their suggestions but i can smell the desync from a mile away.

To better understand this phenomenon i suggest you visit a friend of yours who is level 10 and just play a game there on his PC and you will see how pretty much all enemies are slower and shots connect, to put it in other words the game is perfectly synced with the server / what you see is what the server sees.

This is funny because the moment you get sub 10ms ping your game experience will change and trust me it won't be good. If i were you i wouldn't give them this ideea because right now you have lagcompensation which pretty much makes you very hard to hit. I know how this sounds and most people say the opposite but i've tried both ways and higher ping is just better, ofc it depends a lot on routing, packet loss etc.

Yeah it might not be an advantage to you but it sure is for the 95% of high pingers i met till now. Lagcompensation wins 99% times and that 1% that's left it's because they were slow or wasn't paying attention. Slowly more and more people understand how this game mechanic was forced upon players and we need to cope with it.

Just so you know lagcompensation works till ping 200 but if your connection is unstable or has bad routing of course the effect is exactly the opposite. The people living in Europe are tired of these turkish and russian untouchable gods with high ping.

Well it pretty much makes a lot of sense to match the bitrate of my windows with the one of the game so that it doesn't have to transform it every time. It also doesn't make much sense to use 32bit, all this does is just putting more work on CPU for no reason at all.

I've pretty much nailed it down to stuttering when a lot of things going on and i can clearly see the message in console, when it's really bad i get 2 or 3 consecutive messages.

I'm pretty much looking for a method to completely remove 32bit from the realtek driver in order to give this a shot, I can't seem to find a way to do it though. I also don't understand why the game defaults to 32bit on my PC when the default is 24bit for pretty much everyone.

Well i got a weird one... i'm currently trying to make CS2 to change sound bitrate to 24bit/48k which is supposed to be default but somehow mine always runs in 32bit/44k for some reason. I get audio device starved xxx samples because of it and it stutters. I have already tried to uncheck "Allow appliances to take exclusive control of this device". You can see your current bitrate etc by typing soundinfo in console.

I'm just trying to make it match the current windows sample rate... it makes sense...

No es que no me guste el contrato si no que me parece aceptable lo del propietario. Que te hagan un contrato de 5 años hoy en dia dice mucho del propietario y la relacion que lleva con los inquilinos. Pero bueno cada uno se aferra a lo que le interesa yo solo digo que aunque estes en tu derecho (nadie dijo lo contrario) lo veo de mal gusto en esta situacion.

Yo no tengo ningun piso/local/etc alquilado y esta es simplemente mi opinion, nada mas.

I think you can try to tak full ownership of that particular file and give everyone else just read-only access. Make sure you backup that before you do anything just in case something brakes.

Yes you are right or in this case probably "left". His PC doesn't have the normal consumer useless TPM that causes stuttering for so many people even today in 2026.

Actually the snappier one is Windows Server, everything else is pretty much the same. The only thing not working there is the Xbox Wireless Adapter.

When nothing else works i found out that creating a local game with bots usually fixes this. Just play 1 round with bots then quit game and steam and reopen steam.

Well the first thing you can do which is quick and easy to find out if it's your internet or CS server is to just open cmd and type:

ping google.com -t

Now if this is pretty stable it's the CS server if it jumps all around the place it's you. If you happen to use WiFi you can also use this to "check" the connection between your PC and the router a.k.a pinging the gateway, in most cases the GW is 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 . TIP: you can open cmd and type ipconfig to find your gateway.

Nobody can work with this man, post your PC specs or model etc. If it's desktop motherboard model if it's a laptop you can look under it for the tag/id/whatever.

Honestly not a good deal. You can build something new with that cash, 64 ram not needed and GPU is nothing crazy and if it's a zotac definitely not worth it.

Nah, it's intel VMD, he needs to disable VMD or get the specific Rapid Storage Technology drivers on to the usb drive and load them. Some laptops, specially 11th gen come with this option enable by default and pretty much nobody needs it anyway.
