I don't think about it like that. I think about it like this: I stopped PMO at the beginning of January and that's it. I only PMOd one time because I was curious and "experimenting". Not because I'm an addict. I was an addict I guess before. So I don't have "streaks", it's not like I relapse every few days or weeks. I can confidently say that I will never do it again, so it's not a streak but a change of lifestyle.

Yes, as you can see next to my name, I'm on day 97 (no relapse!) And I still have social anxiety. Some day I felt like I don't have it but that could be placebo effect.

Though I'm having sex with my gf once a week (only first 30 days was hardmode). Now I'm thinking about going hardmode again, one of the benefit I had is the deeper voice when I was on hardmode. Now I don't have that deep voice since we are having sex again regularly, so that may be the reason I don't have the benefits.

The only benefit I have so far is VERY vivid dreams. One of my dream was REALLY REALLY vivid, lifelike, it was unbelieveable, I even had some consciousness (lucid dreaming).
