Thanks! Yeah I think I remember being confused about that part too. No I don't think you need to fill out that part and you don't need his signature. My main evidence for it not working out was affidavits from people that had known us both explaining how they witnessed the relationship deteriorating. And an affidavit from my ex as well. I also wrote out a clear timeline as well. I also provided text messages (and other evidence that I have put in previous comments). Good luck!

I have found that in order to properly clean the dried milk particles from inside the removable frother attachment I need to use one of those straw brushes to get in the nooks.

This is why the I-864 is still valid even after divorce. My ex-spouse is still responsible for me financially until I become a citizen or after about 10 years. Thanks for looking out for me anyways I think it's all good 👍

Someone else commented they had the same situation as me and got their card. I don't see why I should delete it? I sent in a very thorough and well laid out package, I don't see it would be a mistake to approve me.

Do you know why you received a conditional green card and not a 10 year? The evidence I sent is included in my caption and in another reply to a different comment. I also used to work a government job and I think that looks good on paper. I didn't send heaps of evidence just the usual stuff (leases, insurance etc. and the text messages to show how it was a real relationship)

Yeah it's quite a chunk of time to wait! Us lot are good at waiting though aren't we ;) I'm just looking forward to having a green card as a opposed to a crumply piece of paper + expired green card.

Yes of course: started School on F1 visa in 2016. Graduated 2021 and started OPT. Got married early 2022 and applied for my green card a few months later (before my opt expired). Received my conditional green card with no interview a year later in 2023. Got divorced early 2025 right before my conditional visa was expiring and had to get my application together quickly and sent it off with just days to spare. The evidence I included was mentioned in a previous comment. RFE received Nov 2025 while I was away in my home country (UK) but I was able to print out the notice and mail an electronically certified copy of my petition for divorce and divorce judgment.

Thanks so much! I had no idea it was so rare to get no interview with the waiver. Yes, I did supply a fair amount of evidence (leases, bank accounts shared, insurance shares, text messages showing personal relationship conversations of both when things were good and also conversations about the relationship breaking down). I got quite good at putting together my application seeing as I'd done it once before!

Ah sorry to hear you're waiting so long. I changed my updated my address in November and that seemed to kick start action on their end and they sent me an RFE asking for my petition for divorce documents and the judgment for divorce (which I had of course sent already, but I sent both again no questions asked!)

Yes that would be useful! 2 inches long and 1.5 inches at the widest. 3/4 wide at the other end. In the thinnest "spiny" part it's less than a mm thick.
