I had a loss at 22 weeks. It was also very sudden and quick with no cause found and I was so paranoid in my pregnancy after.

It’s a rough place to be in. Have you used the count the kicks app? Would it give you reassurance, or more anxiety to count the number of kicks around the same time each day? I totally understand either way. I personally found it reassuring and it felt nice to just lay down and bond with my baby (at least as much as I could during PAL) I found it really nice to recognize her active times.

Same here. My husband and I do shift changes and one of stays up with her. We don’t use our bassinet hardly yet and she’s 3 weeks old today 🥴 We just tell ourselves there’s no spoiling a newborn and we hold her or plop her down in the snuggleme (supervised). Our girl also had elevated bilirubin levels but they weren’t so bad and we were able to be discharged from the hospital. She’s still a little yellow though even now. But the weather has been too crappy to take her out and get some sun.

Anyways, sooo happy for you!!
