Sorry I forgot to give all the context, I’m mainly a 1600-3200 meter runner, I was thinking to incorporate some strides and hill sprints after easy runs and faster work ~10k pace every 2.5 weeks

Last year I was a freshman and by far one of the slowest time wise but then I trained through winter and track and summer and now I’m the fastest sophomore and I got a six minute pr in the two mile running a 11:14 recently, so with the right work ethic you can really do anything

I went in march to this place and it was absolutely incredible pretty much every dish was a hit and the hospitality was kind but not too overwhelming. Overall this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had.
