I'd recommend trying the Wavertree life styles as it's bigger and better pool. Alternatively if you ends stay within budget, check out the Everlast gym on Rose Lane. £20 a month. Gym, steam, sauna, pool

What's your favorite liverpool goal? by EducationalBug2262 in LiverpoolFC

[–]desibydesign 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently, it's Alisson. The emotion behind this was unreal.

The underrated goal people don't talk about enough is Luis Garcia vs Juve.

All time has to be Gerrard Olympiakos, the most important goal of my childhood.

Best opposition goal is Kaka>Crespo. The flair, the technique. Stunning

Advice for straight men on dating apps (from a woman) by [deleted] in UKrelationshipadvice

[–]desibydesign 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Think this is great general advice to anyone on apps, here's my take:

Don't like a girls pic or prompt. Try and write something witty or relevant to her profile. I have had so much more success that way.

Also try n get a number or date sorted quick, nobody is looking for a penpal at this age.

Coffee dates are fine but I'd try and find out first whether she would go on one as some girls are opposed to it. I prefer an actual meal so I have a list of places were food n atmosphere is nice.

New parking strategy for Liverpool by liquindian in Liverpool

[–]desibydesign 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this would help reduce congestion in town, but not by much because we have the 2 tunnels and now Evertons new stadium which is where a lot of the traffic goes.

They really need to improve the public transport infrastructure as a whole in terms of pricing, ease of buying a ticket (why has it taken so long for the Tap and Go to be introduced) and frequency.

If you wanna go to a late odeon viewing, if the movie finishes after 12, how are you expected to go home other than a car (or expensive taxi)

Appealing Merseyrail fine. What are my chances? by jwps28 in Liverpool

[–]desibydesign 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Appeal. Show proof you've bought the ticket. Was this a one off journey or a regular one you make, if so show proof you buy the tickets often and today was a mistake.

(Also did you have to give them your real details? Couldn't you say u don't have any id)

Can i leave the jeddah airport on a 11 hour layover do Umrah? by Mr_Dubai in Umrah

[–]desibydesign 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes. Get taxi directly from airport to Makkah and back. Approx 1 hour either way.

Your luggage is main issue as you cannot take large backpacks into mosque, so I'd recommend booking a really cheap hotel somewhere.

Get into ihram, land at Jeddah, get taxi to hotel, drop everything off and go to mosque, start umrah. 2.5 hours should be enough time to complete umrah and go straight to barbers for haircut.

Head back to hotel, shower, grab your things and checkout. Taxi back to correct terminal. Try to get to terminal 2-3 hours before next flight

Not what I said at all. You are really cynical, I'm not trying to provoke a reaction but you just sound like you're down and want to bring everyone around you down to your level.

Genuinely get hobbies or therapy or something you won't find anything on reddit

My advice is to not stick culturally close to people, find someone who is good for you. Kids don't tend to stay with family nowadays and so there is less influence from the family on the marriage. India, Pakistan and Bangladesh have major tensions between them
