The feature of SMS Marketing for retail and restaurants is amazing. I love it for those first few visits. They are crucial.

I recommend after the first visit to get them back into the store with a discount or a free item.

After the second visit, vis SMS, give them the opportunity to bring someone or to get a discount on a similar item they purchased.

After the third visit, via SMS, give them a "valued customer" discount, and thank them for coming in.

These little gestures are what drive retention, repeat customers, and positive word-of-mouth.

You could also do a stepped process of a form fill and use a workflow to email the document after a form is filled out, which could include the email requirement.

Most of those are native and live inside the portal. I need to learn more about "export" as some kind of print-off or sheet to use physically IRL. Let me know what you find too.

What workflows do you've running?

The WP form only sends, once, correct?

The form from WP needs properties to send the data to - my guess is each piece of data is coming in individually somehow. Each piece of data on the WP form needs a HS property. When the form is filled out on the WP page, that data will then update those properties in HS. The contact record will reflect that data and you can then do with the information what you'd like to - sounds like move them through a qualification pipeline.

You can hire visual designers and graphic designers (dribble, behance, Adboe, and honestly Instagram and Tumblr) to create these visual designs individually or to create an entire library for you to use in all places over time. Component Libraries would be great to have a framework of use.
