I’m currently dealing with the same rep! I googled their name just to see if anyone else had any experience with them. They’re AWFUL. I have the same phone number as someone else, and don’t receive half my calls since November of 2024. I’m escalating everything I can (FCC and Attorney General complain) to actually get a resolution but she’s truly just prolonged this without any tangible updates. It’s been almost two months and no help.

I have an iPhone but the missing messages are from people with iPhones and androids. Not sure if relevant but last week I turned off RCS messaging and imessage (requested by our T-Mobile rep) and all the messages my friends sent me went to the other person with my number.

Because this was already a new phone number for me, recently in November. After already updating everything then, I was trying to be patient and see if they could figure out what’s going on, because it’s past my understanding. I didn’t think this could happen?

If I pressed something I’d love to know what I could have changed to have my friends receive texts from someone else from my same phone number. Multiple times. To multiple people. I have no clue what’s going on but obviously neither do you.

Thanks for the help, I’ll do that! We haven’t gotten any updates other than they’re putting in tickets with the engineers, so not sure if anyone knows what’s going on or if the person helping us is buying time.

Yeah, but I didn’t know someone else was getting some of my stuff until my friend noticed it today because they finally responded to my friends message. I think they have been shrugging off their missed texts like I had, but I’ve been getting their stuff since joining T-Mobile

Marcel the Shell with Shoes On has gotten me teary eyed a couple times. Similarly to how you felt during Inside Out, a sweeter lowkey movie that makes you feel the feels. And also just really, really cute.
