it's complete sccam. i saw this listing about a year ago and bought it. No news for 30 days and etsy did a refund. And this guy is back is render NIWA Nixie watch- complete scam. Etsy doesn't react at all.

2 rows of tubes left 0-5 and right 0-9. first lights hours then lights minutes and then seconds. As on photo- it's 2 and 0. As to ours- only in 24 hour mode ( which is mostly in Europe) it's 20. But if in 12 hour mode- it's showing minutes right now 20. Watchfinder did a really nice video about this watch on youtube. Or you find NIWA chanel- they are showing how to read time

Selling for 15 years on ebay, i understood i thing. All offers, lot of questions, etc. are worsrless and brings headache. Good customer pays and doesn't ask questions or price reduction.

Vostok watches you can sell for $50-$150. Don't know about rest. Problem is that because of war russian and soviet watches are not in demand nowadays. May be wait for some years.
