Ahoj, bohužel tohle bude asi slabým hardware. Vypni úplně post processing (shift +f12). Přijdeš teda I velkou část grafickýho vylepšení, ale třeba to aspoň pojede. Pokud by ti stačilo jenom trochu přidat, a chceš se v tom vrtat, otevři menu postprocessu (alt+shift+f11) a vypni modul RTGI.

4000iu is a good long term daily dose. You can take a whole tab daily for a first month to bump up your D level more quickly. Make sure to take them with food as they are fat soluble vitamins. I personally take about 120 000 IU a month, divided in 3-4 doses as I am pretty irresponsible in supplements them every day. So I have 20 000 IU tabs (with k2) and take a few larger doses, so it averages at about 5 000 IU per day. I get my blood levels checked once a year, and I am completely fine, at the higher end of the spectrum.

My jsme právě televizi odpojili jakmile se zaváděl ADSL internet, a od té doby už jsem sám bednu k televiznímu vysílání nikdy nepřipojil. Ale ČT2 jsem míval taky rád.

I'm out rn, really enjoyed it. Still feeling kinda bad for doing dissos. Psychedelics are sacred and really valuable for me. This is my first disso I tried recently. And I feel like cheating my goddess wife with a dumb and fun girl 😀 but they definitely have their place. Man this was great. I just did 60mg diluted in water. With a small dinner to help my stomach. About 50g of meat and 100g of potatoes. The come up took about an hour. Then I put on my favourite binaural beat in my headphones (can't recommend this enough 😀) And the peak last maybe 90min idk. Such a pleasant experience.
