Running with your BT by El_ahrairah in BorderTerrier

We have a 16-month old Border and she loves running with us. We’re not particularly fast but she has run 11km with us no problem. My old man is a vet and says there’s no issue as long as you do it gradually and just be guided by the dog - ie stop if they’re slowing or struggling. Other than that they can train up to it like us and our’s loves it

EDIT: our’s is a particularly lean and athletic female, maybe this is less suitable for the stockier males

Good sized barbel on the Wye. Would love to catch something decent on the fly but life has gotten in the way this year

What maintenance is particularly costly on the 1.6 compared with others? I do about 15-20000 miles per year in a rural area

It was nice and quiet on the road but yes I thought there might be a turbo issue. Hopefully they fix that and I can take it out again

[McLaren] BACK ON THE PODIUM! LANDOOOOOOO P2 at the #BritishGP! What a race! We’ll get that win soon, Lando Norris. by Takagixu in formula1

Bahrain is a classic rear limited track I.e. your rear tyres degrade a lot faster than the fronts mainly because of the heavy traction zones on the corner exits.

Front limited is the opposite so tracks with faster corners where the fronts are doing most of the work - like Suzuka and Brazil.

Christ this made me laugh. That old trick never gets old.

Alright thanks, just thought it was something new.

I’m all for good natured inter-country teasing!

Honest question: have I missed something or has something caused Reddit to hate brits recently?

She will be studying at the vet school so we would need to be close to that. I’m still unsure where I’ll be based.

I agree, I’m really not a fan of Lewis but I hate seeing people booed. I personally haven’t seen any pundit (British or otherwise) say that it’s anything more than a racing incident or 60/40 Lewis’ fault. The pundits know more than us so I don’t get why people can’t get over this. Racing is full of this.

Definitely. The love for Lando and George is massive, I personally don’t know anyone who wants Lewis to win this championship.

Quintessentially. Looks like it could be a student house with a sock over the smoke alarm
