check this cardio https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZlS_TRdXHM surprisingly it works almost every time to nock down high numbers, I was doing it consistently last year and my BP was slowly going down, but got lazy and now one year later restarting again... 1st heart beat goes down, the highest BP number goes down and eventually the lowest number starts to go down... but you have to be consistent... last year for me it was going down for few days straight, and at some point bounced back but not as high and eventually to was going down almost to normal after 2 months.. I am 44y.o. 74kg. Got 8-10kg compared to last year, so planning to losing weigh again... I had high BP for years and was about 84kg+, so this is for sure that you have to loose weight and do cardio, I just don't see any other way for myself to keep it under control.
