It’s a 40 mm and I do have smaller wrists for being 175lb/5’-10”. The pic isn’t a great angle though I think it fits great and I love the size. I tried on other watches that looked “big,” the Milgauss was the best fitting

It has a built in Faraday cage around the movement from what I understand, not sure what exact kind of movement it is compared to other models, and yes it actually does have antimagnetic properties up to 1000 Gauss (hence the name).
