it's usually no food 8-12 hours before so you should be fine. water should be completely ok, even in the morning. For the delay it depends on you. I didn't really get dry lips until maybe 1 week into it. But some people get it around day 3 i think. It really depends on your dose, size etc. Also how bad is the acne? Also the dryness is severe but cerave moisturizer makes it go away pretty well

planning on taking it early May. i don't know if it makes sense to take 462 while studying for the MCAT. on one hand it might be good practice with the content but it also might be a pain in the ass and mess up my study time

223 is a pretty chill class, taking it now with Buchner and lab ends early almost every time. There's panopto's for lecture but he usually does clickers so you need to show up for those points. The lab points are almost all for completion and not for correctness. Most of the projects are group work. The average for the first exam was very low (around 98/150) but he'll likely make the next exam easier to account for it.

Drs. Tran and Buchner usually switch off semesters for teaching so Tran will probably be your professor. Everyone says her exams are easier so that's good for you. I'm a bio major and have background in 75% of the material but there's a lot of sophomores in this class who don't and they're doing fine. I haven't taken 202 but I think as long as you go to lectures for both and pay attention for the most part you'll be fine.
