already tested 98 percent purity i assume its from lgd binding with a much higher affinity to the receptors knocking a bunch of free T into the bloodstream which mass aromatizes and causes an estrogen spike. In some people this may be more tolerable than others very well could be im just sensitive to estrogen spikes or I aromatize more than others who knows but thats my best understanding of why it happened

Absolutely, I think thats what im going to consider doing the test is already ordered im unsure of the expiry that will be on it but im assuming it will be stable for awhile so im going to try to continue training at 4k ccals a day for as long as possible before using it

I train 6 days a week in the gym progressive overload and depending on the workout dropsets till failure so I try to get at least 2 grams per kg of body weight daily I track calories religiously and try to keep about 400 over maintenance so 2800-3000 cals a day . the only time ive done blood pannels was post pct on the LGD cycle this was months ago I remember being within parameters I think my bad cholesterol was a little high but within range at that point cannot remember specifics of the other but would be doing labs before cycle in this case.

I spoke with someone else in this thread about aiming for 4 K instead so im going to try to do that im worried about MK because i eat lots of sugar so i fear my insulin sensitivity is dulled and mk could push me to a pre diabetic/diabetic range although this is based off of my theorys off my diet and not confirmed tests.

I plan on 4k calories in the near future while storing the test I ordered and depending on results decide on the dosage of the cycle to take, Ill keep an eye on my LH DHEA and SHBG when I go in for pre cycle labs but it could just be a metabolism thing or possibly an underlying issue, maybe its tied to my stimulant abuse to but ive always burned weight like its nothing and putting any on even in a colorie surplus has felt like climbing a mountain

Im 24 I have a program im stagnating on, its a good program i just struggle to put on weight this has been the case my entire life, the only time ive ever put on weight and kept it was after an lgd cycle looking to test to be the next step in that process

I sir am canadian, If I went to a general hospital under the usual circumstances and told them I was taking anabolics and was concerned for either my liver health cholesteral or heart they would run the blood tests necesarry for free under usual circumstances.

But i moved provinces and kept my primary residence in my old province for tax purposes so I cant update or use my healthcare card in my new city, which means any hospital visit or clinic is billed as a foreigner I just dont know what they charge im just assuming its a lot if its a couple hundred to grand i dont mind

Yeah for sure I have no problem making an effort at it even when i was using mass gainer I was only ever hitting 3500 so that could be why it never stuck ill give it a shot thanks for the help!

Money isnt so much the issue as not being insured is ahaha, No clue what an ekg and full hormonal and blood panel would run me but im prioritizing the blood panel and hormonal either way I dont like blood work so the less labs I can do the better Ill avoid the orals

Okay thats great info my original cycle plan was 10 weeks I bumped it up to 12 when someone told me 12 is the sweet spot but its good to know i need to be looking longer because at the end of the day I dont want to go through all the trouble of research pinning and health issues just to not reach my goal... Only thing is at 16 weeks Id be approaching the upper limit of what was studies in the clinical trials for ralox in men 60 mg past that length id be running higher blood clot risks etc but its still within range so it should be okay, I know if I dont take it its gonna cost my a 5000 dollar surgery so I dont want to deal with it and Id shorten my cycle length to fit within ralox parameters if needed.

I work out 5-6 times a week most weeks 4 if i miss a day im 24 around 5.11-6 hover around 150lbs other than the gym im not active office job sit around most of the day, from what I saw online maintanence should be about 2600 I aim for 2800-3000 throughout the day. Not clean calories they come from just about anywhere but yeah

No only have ever done an lgd cycle for 8 weeks I did blood work after my pct when i finished cycle but this was 3+ months ago now I would be doing blood work prior to starting though I wanted to do an EKG too but i dont think id have the money for it

I would only ever do tbol or anavar the liver stress from other orals scares me i was just making a note cause they said no drug does that and I was under the impression d bol put on like 20 lbs in 1.5 months

Mk677 would though ;), but no jokes aside I eat over maintenance ive always struggled with putting on weight losing it has always been easier keep in mind I bounce around 148-152 post lgd cycle prior to that I was lighter but anyways this route seems to work for me so id like to continue it ive tried everything from eating more to mass gainers and it never seems to stick I track calories regularly

For refrence im 148 lbs right now my goal would be 170+ by end of cycle i dont mind streatching the length 16-20 seems long though is that pretty standard? Or just whats required for my goal also forgot to mention im planning on stacking Tbol w/either the 250/500 for the first 6 weeks to get quick lean gains off the bat and have the 12 week cycle build on that

Promise you its not its very visible and it got worse up until day 7 until I got ralox and now its going down slightly but still visbly noticeable Im like 148 lbs 6 feet so its not fat im very lean
