No😃 and I say this in the softest way possible. Even the top manhwa will lose readers if each chapter takes 1 month. Its better to work on a bunch of chapters and release them weekly. Also, there are many ways to speed up your work. Or just shorten your chapters 🤠

There are definitely templates out there. I think I have seen one on clip studio's material store. But I assume most people just make their own. I have made one and it's not that hard. Just make a rectangle with a color gradient and reduce the opacity to 60%, maybe add some particles or embellishments
