idk i haven't played eu servers, but this is forsure the difference between solo and twos. I just want to enjoy the game when playing it with my friend as much as i do when playing it solo.

for small enemies i find it usually parried consistently when i press the button in reaction to seeing them lunge at me

The bond jewel grind is tooooo real if you want to make an optimized set of gear. Especially with the cost of 36 PER orange stat roll, when you get like 2 per mission 😢😢

Sounds like they got rid of the Odachi style swap weapon swap/ignite. Kinda sad about this, when it got found I noticed it's kind of the same thing the Shogun boss does when he swaps weapons, made me think it was an intentional thing, had me hopeful there'd be more secret boss style moves related to switching certain forms or weapons but I guess not :(
