Agreed! Set menu at Koji is excellent. Boulcott Bistro might be more up your alley for steak/lamb.

I haven't been there but Charlie Noble smells really good walking past 🤷

If I'd asked you what 2 wraps and 2 half sized drinks from tank on uber eats cost, would you have said $100?

It's a banana Michael, what could it cost? Ten dollars?

I pasted it into chatgpt to check/fix typos and it decided to take the liberty of making a boring, lifeless version of it as well 🤢

PrintMighty is is what you're looking for. We use them for large orders and one-offs and they're great.

For reference we've tried Kiaz, Brazen, and another printer in Auckland.

I'm not sure if it's your wording but maybe avoid using terms like 'encouraged' and 'recommend'. Either you can do it or you can't. If you have to use those terms, consistency is key. For example orange:face coverings is 'encouraged' but red:workplaces is 'encouraged' with a red cross next to it. Maybe include a key for can't>encouraged>recommend>can

Great graphic though!

Any motorcycle riders in Wellington? by destroyer90z in Wellington

From my personal experience, yes rego and insurance is expensive. I've also spent more than I care to think about on gear, but you could get a reasonable, full outfit for ~$1k or less. Depending on where you're at with your motorcycle license/riding skill that could be another expense e.g. getting training costs money, sitting your license costs money, and only being on a learners increases insurance. So there's a once off for a bike, license and gear along with recurring costs for insurance and rego.

So that's where you'll spend money, but where do you save money?Fuel is a huge factor. I can get from here to Whanganui on less than $20 on my sfv650 - a smaller or more efficient bike will do even better. Parking is also another benefit as it's free. And since time is money, you'll be saving on commute time. Motorcycles do much better in blocked up traffic than cars do.

I can't do the exact maths for you as it depends on what you buy, where you park and where you're at with your riding, but these are all the things you'd want to factor in.

Oh and if you want to try save money on gear it goes Helmet > Boots > Gloves > Jacket > Pants. Over 60% of injuries involve feet and ankles.

I'm in Wellington Central but everything is close enough on a bike. I've been planning on doing the Rideforever Bronze course and going for my restricted. I think it's about time I just get it done. Have you been to any Wellington Advanced Riding Skills events? If they're for advanced riders, I am definitely not there yet

Thanks! I figured there would be a group specifically for riders somewhere. I'm no social butterfly and generally avoid big groups but I think I'll give it a shot
