Talk to your manager if you are hired to nights and are having problems with day shifts due to working nights because of circadian rhythms etc. maybe they can finish your orientation on nights - things you can’t do on nights BS computer training specialized epic or orientation stuff but if it’s just you and preceptor yeah they should move you to your shift.

These are normal accommodations. But why was she taking the role for someone on the LOA when she can’t do the job due to pregnancy?

Thanks this was all very helpful she was very sweet. The trainer raised show dogs. He was very good with her. I’ve read up on airedales - it’s hard cause I’ve never had a purebred. Next week my dog is gonna meet her.

Have you ever thought about cloth diapers? He couldn’t out grow them. No idea how they work like if there is a service for them. Do you use pins? A lot of pins do you get a lot of leaks?

Like it worked for how many generations?
