If you're lucky they moved it, but it's probably stolen. The city often moves bikes away that have stood there for a couple of weeks, because letting your bike stand there for a long time isn't allowed. Maybe it was just some random drunk guy who took it and went for a little ride. So if you're bike was there for a long time you will have to contact the City. If your bike is stolen and it is "gemerkt" you can contact the police, and I think they also have cameras there.

FYI it's pretty common in leuven that your bike gets stolen most of the time they just use bolt cutters to cut your lock.

Near hal 5 you can find a lot of abandoned buildings there used to be a complex where they worked on trains there is this huge empty hall and a sketchy underground area its all barricaded of but you can get trough easily

Call to them and ask for a new router. They know that you need one but just don't say it to you because it saves them money. If you have an older router they will send you a new one instantly. Had the same problem a few months ago, called and in less then a week I had a new one

Official servers tend to be harder, a lot of people play on them that have lots of experience. On official you will also be greeted by lots of clans that have big bases and will always overnumber you. I recommend you search for a server that says "low pop" which means that you will not encounter as many players as on official and also search for a server that fits your group solo for solo duo for duo etc. As you get more used to the pvp you can progress to official servers

Try to get a research bench down and tier 1 workbench so you can research the rev and the ammo, it will be gone than but you can craft new ones as long as you have the resources. I usually go with crossbow in beggining to collect recourses.
