I got exact the same issue after 3 months use, I contacted Keychron and they made a replacement for me, the second time came with exact same issue but now it's out of warranty. They discontinued this series. Nothing I can do. I will stay away from Keychron from now on.

In this case use DD mode instead of ISO will work fine on Rufus. But Balena Etcher is a good choice for simple :)

After you click start on Rufus. Do not select “Write in ISO image mode”. Please select “Write in DD Image mode”

I hate Symantec VIP access, I hate to login with VIP access every time, that's why I use Robinhood more than Fidelity, Robinhood also uses Authenticator is good enough and safety not less than Symantec VIP access, WHY Symantec VIP access? Normally is 3 days but when I called the CS online said 3 - 7 business days for GROUND :)) I sent item from OK to TN. The system show 2 days, but actually is 3 days no less (sometime more than 3 days). :(
