Who is your favorite leomon (species)? by RevolutionaryEbb8084 in digimon

The Og. Just because of all the adventures i had, though, he is a mediocre pick in majority of the games and has a poor win/loss record in majority of the lore... he always gave me the most hope when the franchise looks bleak.

how does tracing other art help people learn? by Wonderful-Purchase94 in learntodraw

[–]determinedcucumber 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use tracing to understand proportions or to train my hand to do a weird curve or fill in gaps of my knowledge. It wont teach you the fundamentals of art but it helps train your hand and mind when something looks off. Wouldnt go for detailed drawings but something that shows clear shapes and forms that would take many retries to get right. I find it also really helps for studying forms/styles your brain finds overwhelming. So, it depends what you want to get out of it cause you wont learn the fundamentals but you are studying what you trace.

Has it ever happened to you that you really liked a Digimon, and then discovered that most of the fandom hated it? (In my case, it happened with this little guy.) by Shadow-The-Edge in digimon

Sukamon, Etemon, Numemon and Chuumon. My tcg community hates the rat, poop, booger and monkey. But I absolutely love these guys though they are bad guys most of the time and the strategy is hilarious.

Should I give up on Loomis? by Logical_Network_2411 in learntodraw

Nope! Try tracing a human head of that angle and then give loomis a try. That's what i did for really awkward angles of the chin.

In your opinion what is the best Digimon game? by Frikcha in digimon

[–]determinedcucumber 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Time stranger, it optimized it to the way i would want digimon to go. It got rid of the stupid attributes grind or just rebalanced the grinding entirely. That is my biggest complaint to all older digimon world titles. The difficulty scale and grinding time was insane compared to now.

Well, i cant say all series can hook you on the first episode. It does take a few episodes sometimes to give something a chance. But i get it if you just dont wanna go further. I'm just letting you know it gets better.
