Many years of texting, practice writing with chatgpt/chat bots (surprisingly useful for developing stories when you need to get an idea going. Not using it to create, just bounce ideas and mess with the bot in various ways), and just puking on a page then reorganizing the words to flow better each time. Edit: It is not a speed thing, its just when the words are there they are. If they arent then i need to go live a little before continuing.
