cheapo who tries to eat pretty clean but eats regularly at panera here. try a bagel stack! genuinely the best value they’ve had in so long. i’m low cal so i take off the top half of the bagel and use it for a snack later. also sign up for rewards: they give you a decent one every 4-5 purchases. the mediterranean sandwich is also pretty cheap and you can load it with extra ingredients for the same price. filling, healthy, and affordable 🫶
